and embrace you in our sleep.Nathan James Cooper was born prematurely at 32 weeks + 4 days on the 3rd of january 2005 weighing 4lbs 11oz, after spending a short time in scbu at rochdale infirmary he was allowed home on my 20th birthday on the 30th of january 2005. he was the most wonderful birthday present i had ever had.
everything seemed to be going fine he was putting on weight and growing at a rapid rate, we were so proud of him.
on the 25th of febuary 2005 i woke to my daughters screams, a scream that will never leave me as i looked at nathan i realised he was not breathing, a few hours later at Rochdale infirmary he was pronounced dead.
A part of me died that day, and when we burried him on the 10th of march it was like i was burrying myself.
I loved my son who now walks with the angels, and i always will.

A butterfly lights beside us like a sunbeam, and for a breif moment its glory and beauty belong to our world. But then it flies on again, and though we wish it would have stayed , we feel so lucky to have seen it....
He is missed by us all, me his daddy, his sister, his nana, his grampa and his aunty deedee and his cousin melitta.

I've looked the wide world over in search for teachers true
and from the throngs that crowd life's lanes i have selected you.
Now will you give him all your love, nor think the labour vain,
nor hate me when i come to call to take him back again?"
I fancied that I heard them say, "dear lord, Thy will be done."
For the joy thy child will bring, the risk of grief we'll run.
We'll shelter him with tenderness, we'll love him while we may
And for the happiness we've known forever greatful stay;
But shall the angels call him much sooner than we've planned,
We'll brave the bitter grief and try to understand.

BUTTERFLIES FROM HEAVEN
When we lose our loved ones they never die
For I know once heaven takes their souls
The Dear Lord leaves a little of them here
To turn into beautiful butterflies
So they can be near our hearts
Blessed are those who can see the beauty
Of the life which has gone to what is "God's Art"
When we look for the angels
They will send us Jesus' love
I saw a butterfly today, my last prayer I gave away
Heaven is more than souls of our loved ones
When a father, mother, a brother, sister or a child dies
Their hearts live in those who have loved them
Every grain of sand, every sunrise and sunset
All the good things we know and love
They all go to Jesus for Him to protect
As a gift, The Lord, lets us have a glimpse of those we love
For a brief moment in time, for a short while
A butterfly is seen at our window, sent from heaven
Then we know, all will be well with those we love.
